This guide is for HiDock special firmware update, for special customer issues or external beta testers. Official firmware updates are available from HiNotes applications.

To update special firmware, please follow below steps exactly.

1. Disconnect all HiDock devices
2. Connect the one HiDock device you want to update its firmware
3. Close ALL HiNotes webpages and app
4. Open a clean browser page on Chrome, then visit: https://jensen.test.hidock.com/
5. Click Connect and select HiDock P1
6. Click Firmwares and select 1.3.14 to update.

Please wait for 3-5 minutes until HiDock P1 restart.

After this, please power off HiDock P1, wait for 10 seconds, power on again.

Now your HiDock P1 is upgraded to special firmware. After updating, you can go to HiNotes to verify its version (kindly remind you to close the above web page before opening HiNotes).
